As we kick off 2026, we’re reflecting on the product changes that reshaped how housing operators work in 2025.

Over the past year, EliseAI enabled a fundamental shift in property management by placing a unified AI product at the center of the leasing and resident experience. Rather than adding point solutions around the edges, EliseAI focused on changing how work gets done across the full customer lifecycle.

To reflect the impact of these changes, this list starts with the most significant release and works its way down. The sections below highlight EliseAI’s most impactful product releases of 2025, spanning new launches, major expansions, and meaningful upgrades.

1. Maintenance App Unlocks a New  Model for Maintenance Operations

Multifamily maintenance has never been easy. Rising resident expectations, escalating turn costs, labor shortages, and compliance pressure have only made it more challenging.

EliseAI addressed this head-on with the Maintenance App. We put AI at the forefront to change how work is requested, assigned, executed, and communicated across technicians, supervisors, vendors, and residents.

By restructuring maintenance around a shared, AI-driven system of action, operators moved from reactive firefighting to more predictable, coordinated execution. The result was faster turns, clearer accountability, and maintenance operations that could finally scale with portfolio complexity rather than break under it.

2. AI-Guided Tours Eliminate the Tradeoff Between Availability and Conversion

It’s a classic operational catch-22: extend leasing hours and absorb higher payroll costs, or rely on traditional self-guided tours and accept low conversion rates.

AI-Guided Tours (AIGT) broke that binary by introducing an AI-led touring experience that delivers the support and guidance of an escorted tour without requiring an onsite agent. Instead of static instructions and clunky apps, AIGT creates a guided journey through the property, adapting in real time to where prospects go, what they ask, and what they want to see next.

As AIGT matured beyond its initial launch, enhancements like Tour Dictionary and Tour Path Curation enabled more structured, brand-consistent itineraries, while the Engrain partnership added interactive maps, wayfinding, and spatial context. The result? A better self-guided tour experience that expands availability without sacrificing performance.

3. Teams and Task Routing in EliseCRM Lets Operators Design Workflows Around Their Business, Not the Other Way Around

Most housing teams today are forced to run their operations the way their CRM or PMS is structured, not by how those teams actually want to work. EliseCRM changed that with its Teams and Task Routing capabilities.

Every operator’s ideal workflow is different, and software should adapt to that reality rather than impose a one-size-fits-all model. Instead of prescribing how work should be done, EliseCRM lets operators work in the manner that works best for them.

With Teams and Task Routing, operators can create teams based on specialization, set task priorities, and control how different types of work are routed across their organization, giving operators unprecedented control over how work gets done across their portfolios.

4. Lease Audits Recover Lost Revenue and Eliminate Manual Review Work

Lease and ledger reviews are one of the most time-consuming and error-prone processes in housing operations, with a high risk of missed revenue or compliance issues.

Lease Audits transformed this process by leveraging AI to conduct automated document review. Instead of manually combing through documents and ledgers, teams can now systematically spot inconsistencies, missing charges, or misaligned lease terms earlier and with far less effort.

By automating large portions of lease review and highlighting where attention is actually needed, Lease Audits helped operators recover revenue that might otherwise go unnoticed while freeing teams from hours of repetitive, manual work, reducing compliance risk and allowing operators to recapture lost revenue.

5. LeasingAI 2.0 Enables Proactive Selling and Goal-Based Leasing by Building

Operators have to balance diverse leasing objectives across their portfolios. Some buildings need to prioritize lead volume, others need tighter screening, and others are focused on driving applications. Historically, teams have had to choose a single leasing workflow and live with the tradeoffs - that’s not good enough for us.

LeasingAI 2.0 gives operators control over how the LeasingAI agent sells, screens, and converts at the community level. Through configurable Leasing Agent Modes, teams can define whether the AI operates in Sales Mode, Screening Mode, or Applications Mode, each with distinct discovery behavior, qualification logic, conversion goals, and personality.

Rather than reacting to inbound inquiries with a fixed script, LeasingAI 2.0 adapts its approach based on what matters most for a given building, whether that is maximizing tours, enforcing stricter criteria, or accelerating applications. The result is a leasing experience that feels intentional, on-brand, and is tailored towards customizable outcomes.

6. Centralized Leasing Unifies Prospect Conversations and Unlocks Cross-Selling at Scale

Prospects often inquire about multiple buildings at once but traditional CRMs aren’t built for that, resulting in duplicate guest cards that make lead management a challenge. Centralized Leasing addressed this by unifying prospect engagement into a single, continuous conversation, even when prospects are exploring multiple buildings. Instead of managing separate conversations by property, the AI maintains one relationship with the prospect and understands their preferences across the entire group of communities.

Communities can also be organized into configurable groups that reflect how teams actually operate, with customizable AI talk tracks that can speak to the unique aspects of any community in the group. This approach is purpose-built to support centralized leasing models, helping operators capture demand and convert more leads-to-leases.

7. SentimentAI Helps Teams Understand and Take Action on Resident Intent, All In EliseCRM

Resident sentiment signals often appear well before outcomes like renewal or move-outs, but they are easy to miss when teams rely on periodic surveys or point solutions that don’t pipe resident data back into your CRM.

EliseAI released SentimentAI to fix that problem, delivering real-time sentiment analysis from resident conversations directly into EliseCRM. By automating sentiment analysis and pushing the data directly into their CRM, SentimentAI helps operators replace fragmented survey tools with a more accurate, real-time understanding of resident intent.

8.  Affordable Leasing Upgrades Bring Consistency and Control to Regulated Housing Leasing

Most AI products just can’t handle the eligibility rules, compliance language, qualification paths, and documentation requirements of affordable housing. LeasingAI now can, with the significantly expanded Affordable Leasing capabilities we launched in late 2025.

Operators gained greater control over configuration, including compliance-friendly language defaults and clearly defined paths for qualified and unqualified prospects. These improvements made it easier to apply consistent rules across communities while still accommodating the nuances of different programs and properties.

9. Executive Insights Dashboard Shows Leaders Where to Focus Across the Portfolio

For executive and regional leaders, the challenge isn’t access to data, it’s knowing what actually needs attention. When performance metrics live across disconnected reports and dashboards, it becomes difficult to understand which properties are performing as expected and which are falling behind.

The Executive Insights Dashboard addressed this by giving leaders a portfolio-wide view of performance against customizable benchmarks across key leasing, operational, and financial metrics. Rather than scanning raw numbers, leaders can immediately see which communities are performing well, which require caution, and which are at risk.

The dashboard is built to help leaders focus attention where it matters most. Customizable metrics, thresholds, and weighting allow teams to define what “healthy” looks like for their portfolio, reduce noise and enable faster rapid improvement without manual analysis.

10. Marketing ROI Reporting Clarifies Which Channels Contribute Most to Leasing

Marketers, rejoice! EliseAI’s Marketing ROI Reporting and Multi-Touch Attribution make it easier than ever to effectively measure how multichannel marketing efforts translate into leases, giving marketers the granular insights they need to allocate budget effectively.

Rather than relying on last-touch assumptions, operators now have visibility into how prospects interact across channels over time, making it possible to understand which campaigns contribute meaningfully to conversions and how marketing dollars are performing across channels.

Looking to 2026 and Beyond

2025 was a pivotal year in redefining how housing operators use AI. EliseAI helped move core workflows from fragmented tools to a more unified, AI-driven operating model.

In 2026, the focus is on scaling those gains, deepening adoption, and continuing to build AI that gives teams more control over how their business runs. We’re grateful to the customers and partners who helped shape this progress, and we’re excited for what comes next.
