Introducing the EliseAI Innovators Club
Today, we're launching something we've been excited about for months: the EliseAI Innovators Club.
Here's the simple version: we're inviting multifamily operators to submit a short video sharing how EliseAI has changed their work. The community will vote on their favorites, and we'll select 10 winners for an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City.
We're talking flights, a luxury hotel in Midtown, tickets to Wicked on Broadway, dinners at some of NYC's best restaurants, Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and an exclusive awards ceremony celebrating each winner.
But here's what we're really doing: we're creating a platform for the humans behind the AI adoption.

Why This Matters
Let's be honest about the state of onsite work in multifamily right now.
Burnout is rampant. Turnover is high. Teams are being asked to do more with less. And layered on top of all of that is genuine anxiety about what AI means for their careers.
We get it. That anxiety is valid. The conversation around AI and employment has been, at times, alarmist and unhelpful.
But here's what we know from working with thousands of operators: the ones who lean into AI don't lose their jobs. They get better at them. They reclaim their time. They rediscover why they got into this work in the first place.
The Innovators Club is about making those success stories visible to the entire multifamily industry.
Who Should Apply

You don't need to be a polished public speaker. You don't need fancy equipment. You just need to answer one question:

We started EliseAI because we believed AI could make multifamily operations better—for residents and for the people who serve them.
That belief hasn't changed. If anything, it's gotten stronger.
