Submit your idea

Submit Your Idea by February 28, 2026. We will review each submission. If your submission is considered eligible, then you will receive a confirmation email on February 28, 2026, along with next steps.

Vote & Share

Voting will take place between March 1–8, 2026. The voting page featuring all eligible submissions will go live on March 1, 2026. Spread the love and share the voting page link to your co-workers, friends, and family. Anyone can vote on multiple submissions with a maximum of one vote per submission. The top 20 advance to the final round, with the top 10 winners determined by EliseAI on March 11, 2026.

Winners will be announced on March 11, 2026. The all-expenses paid NYC trip will take place March 26 - 28, 2026. Ready to join the club?

Who can apply to this contest?

You can apply if you:

Are 18 years or older
Work for an active EliseAI customer
Use EliseAI in your day-to-day role (e.g. leasing agent, community manager, assistant manager, resident services, trainer, etc.)
Are allowed by your employer to participate and accept prizes
Live in the United States

Do I need to buy anything to enter?

No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

When does the contest run?

Submissions open: February 2, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET
Submissions close: February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
Voting opens: March 1, 2026
Voting closes: March 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
Potential winners announced: March 11, 2026
Winner trip dates: March 26–28, 2026

How do I enter?

To enter, submit a short video testimonial answering:

“How has working with EliseAI improved your work experience?”

You’ll upload your video and complete the entry form through the official contest page:

You can submit one entry per person unless otherwise permitted.

What should my video include?

Your honest, real experience using EliseAI
A clear answer to the prompt
Good audio quality (minimal background noise)

Your video should be:

30–90 seconds
Submitted as .MP4, .MOV, or .M4V
Shot vertically (9:16), square (1:1), or landscape (16:9)

Recorded on a phone or camera — professional equipment is not required

What can’t be included in my video?

Your submission must not include:

Anyone under 18
Background music, logos, or images you don’t own
Screens showing confidential data, dashboards, or private information
Profanity, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or illegal activity
Anything misleading, defamatory, or unsafe for a professional brand

All content must be original and created specifically for this contest.

Can EliseAI edit my video?

Yes. EliseAI may make light edits (e.g., trimming for length, improving brightness or clarity) but won’t change the meaning of your testimonial.

Who owns my video after I submit it?

By entering, you agree that:

Your video becomes the property of EliseAI
EliseAI can use it (and your name, image, and voice) for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes
You won’t receive royalties or compensation for future use

EliseAI is not required to use every submission.

Will my video be public?

Yes. Eligible submissions may be publicly displayed on the contest site during voting and potentially used by EliseAI after the contest. The voting public page will go live on March 1, 2026.

How does voting work?

Community voting runs March 1–8, 2026
Each person can vote once per submission
You can vote for your own entry
The top 20 videos by vote count become finalists

Fraudulent activity (bots, paid votes, fake accounts) will result in disqualification.

Does getting votes guarantee I’ll win?

No. Voting determines the finalists, but winning is not guaranteed. From the top 20, EliseAI will select up to 10 winners based on:
- Authenticity and credibility
- Storytelling and clarity
- Impact EliseAI has had on your work
- Professionalism and brand safety
- Diversity of roles, companies, and markets

What do winners receive?

Winners receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City, including:
- Round-trip airfare (economy)
- Hotel accommodations
- Transportation during the trip
- Event tickets and hosted experiences
- Meals during the trip
The approximate retail value of the prize is ~$3,000.

Can I transfer my prize or take cash instead?

No. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Are there additional requirements if I win?

Yes. Winners may be required to sign:

A travel and liability waiver
A publicity or filming release
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

Failure to complete required paperwork may result in prize forfeiture.

Can EliseAI disqualify an entry?

Yes. EliseAI may disqualify entries that:
- Violate the rules
- Include prohibited content
- Involve voting fraud
- Are otherwise inconsistent with the contest’s purpose
All decisions by EliseAI are final.
