With over a decade of brand & marketing and hospitality under her belt, including a position of Head Coffee QC Manager for North America at Soho House, as well as a degree in Classical Music Performance, she brings her own unique flavor into presentation, branding, and everyday operations. Dwight Seahorn is the Director of Marketing & Leasing Support for the Nation’s Top Vertically Integrated Developer of Student Housing, Landmark Properties. Dwight’s journey with Landmark Properties spans over 9 years with his current duties focused on overseeing the Marketing & Leasing Specialist in implementing and executing marketing and leasing efforts nationally. Dwight is originally from Detroit, Michigan, where he attended the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2024, Dwight was recognized as a member of the NAA’s 20 in their Twenties- this award recognizes 20 rental housing industry professionals 29 years or younger who have made significant professional achievements and possess the potential to go far in their careers.
As Senior Director of Operations & Training, Morgan is responsible for providing operational support across the entire portfolio, ensuring the success of both the teams and the assets under management. She oversees operational transitions and dispositions, extensive portfolio data audits, in-house utility data management, company-wide initiatives, and the development of standardized processes. She also manages training and onboarding procedures and leads the Student Quarters’ Coach Program. Morgan’s dynamic team includes National Operations Manager, Kyle Wampler, and Operations Support Specialists, Kyrstin Ashcraft and Kimberlyn Vance. Together, they collaborate closely with various departments and on-site teams to achieve company goals and maintain operational excellence throughout the portfolio.
