Ruthie Woodard serves as Director of Leasing for University Partners, bringing over 15+ years of experience in the student housing industry. Since joining University Partners in 2021, Ruthie is primarily responsible for the leasing and marketing strategy and its implementation across the University Partners' portfolio. Woodard’s career in student housing began over a decade ago, starting as a Community Assistant and moving up the ranks to become a Director of Leasing. Prior to joining University Partners, she served as the Regional Leasing and Training Director for Asset Living.
Tyler Rosa serves as Operations Analyst at Cardinal Group Companies. A Florida State University alum, Rosa has experience across multifamily operations, leasing, and resident services, most recently as Community Manager at Capstone Management Partners and Operational Specialist at University Partners. Rosa's background also includes lease-up work at Subtext and nearly five years at Asset Living, spanning roles from Resident Assistant and Assistant Resident Director through Leasing Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Rosa is focused on leading by example and opening doors for young people building careers in the industry.
