Ian Mattingly has worked at LUMA Residential in multiple capacities since 2007. His current responsibilities include overall oversight of LUMA’s daily operations, assisting with the sourcing and underwriting of potential acquisitions for LUMA’s affiliates, managing due diligence on new properties, supervising value-added rehab and construction projects, and supporting portfolio and asset management. Prior to joining LUMA Mattingly was a research analyst and broker.
